3.1 Services

• Standard service engagements (setup, integration, support) are nonrefundable due to dedicated planning and resource allocation.
• If you cannot proceed on the scheduled date, you may reschedule without extra cost by notifying us at least 7 days in advance.
• Certain custom consulting projects with pre-purchased software licenses are nonrefundable upon commencement, as team commitment starts immediately.

3.2 Info Products

• Digital materials such as guides, tutorials, and templates qualify for a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of access.
• To request a refund within this window, contact our team via Support Center. Approved requests receive refunded payment to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3.3 Goods

• Physical goods such as branded merchandise or hardware kits may be shipped back unopened within 30 days for a refund, less shipping charges.
• To arrange shipment, reach out through Support Center. Once received and inspected, we initiate the refunded payment to the original payment method within 10 business days.
